About Cnota
Study notes for students in Uganda
Cnota (also called Cohes Notes) is a library of lecture notes and study materials, organised by programme, year, semester and subject, so a student can find what they need for the semester in one place. You can read it in your browser at cohesnotes.com or in the Cnota Android app, and save notes to read offline.
How it works
- Pick your course. Choose your programme, year and semester.
- Read free. Every note has a free preview, and a few notes can be read in full at no cost.
- Unlock the semester. When you want everything for the semester, you pay once with MTN or Airtel Mobile Money. The price is shown before you pay.
Payments are approved on your own phone through your mobile money network. Cnota never asks for, sees or stores your mobile money PIN. If anyone asks you for your PIN in Cnota's name, do not give it, and tell us.
Why Cnota only opens in Uganda
Cnota is made for students in Uganda, so the service only works on connections inside Uganda. If you are in Uganda and see a message saying otherwise, turn off any VPN, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and try again.
